A close family team, the Center operates with the Deeley family taking personal responsibility for the dogs and their training. No dogs are 'farmed out' or trained by anyone other than Martin for hunting dog work and his wife Pat for general good behavior around the home. Martin's daughter Sarah who has been brought up with dogs and training all her life plays an active role in assisting Martin and Pat, providing the support required that results in a responsible caring approach to training, exercise, bathing, cleaning and feeding that is demanded by the Center
